Quatro 1076141C

Postby darthvader » Tue Feb 05, 2019 8:47 pm

I have a Quatro 1076141C and I have been using the Premium TV service for the last two months; however, something happened and now all of the premium tv stations are in demo.

I found my old original email and followed the link to register my license key with the Quatro. When I click on Register is says that the registration is successful.
I power cycled the HDHomerun Quatro and revisited my.hdhomerun.com to see if my channels # increased. No luck.
I have been messing with this for two days now. Nothing appears to be working.

I tried to delete my license key to see if I could re-assign it, in my account settings. When I click on "delete" I get this black spinning wheel of death. Nothing happens. It does show a status of "unassigned"
I have left it sit for several minutes, nothing. I am using Firefox as a web browser.

I am lost at this point and I am losing patience. Please help!
Regards,
Jim

The additional premium channels just showed up now. It looks like my Record feature is also linked.

I have the identical issue with the spinning icon on my unit 1074D2A3.

Each time a firmware update is installed, my DVR license becomes deactivated.

Going to the "My Order License Key" page shows a status of UNASSIGNED.

Clicking on the DELETE creates the spinning wheel that never ends.

Tried to do this on several browsers [Firefox, IE11, Edge] with no joy.

What's up with that?

My question is why are you doing that as it will always state unassigned (at least currently... see viewtopic.php?t=70410#p335194).

Most likely the issue was something changed when the device rebooted after the firmware update (i.e. ip address change, DeviceAuth, etc.) that would require the engine be restarted (not reinstalled)... most never notice as it should update itself within an hour (or two) assuming everything has proper network/internet connection.

Your own online instructions suggest removing the device.

Let's start fresh. Look at my my.silicondust.com and see if you see the DVR service purchased [it shows that it is not].

This is false [check my order number 541147 valid until 9-14-2019].

Once this web page reflects the status that I have indeed purchased a DVR license, I'm sure the issue will be resolved [this is what had to be done in prior cases].
