Last week on Tuesday I was charged $35 for my renewal. I had to reach out to support to correct the price and have a refund issued. About 20 minutes ago I was charged again for a renewal, again for $35. I should not be charged for a renewal for almost a month.
What is going on with all the billing issues? I shouldn't need to keep reaching out to support because of incorrect charges.
