Would be cool if this worked before one of our series we watch on TLC premieres this weekend. Missing HGTV a lot too. This royally sucks.

I'm not sure if it's true for you guys, but I've been checking the forum daily (sometimes multiple times) in the hopes of seeing an announcement about the status of these channels and/or the other channels that are reportedly on the way. sigh

Long time Prime user here..... was just going to buy a Connect Quatro and go with the live TV setup Told the wife and daughter and they said fine, just as long as Hallmark and the Food Network is on it. Look at the channel lineup and dang, where they be? Come to the forum and see this.

Oh well, will stick to Spectrum and my Prime for now... seeing this has been going on for a long time it does not look promising. Actually the channel lineup is rather weak right now. The brand new shiny Email SD just sent me almost worked. 8-)

Should we have gotten the $10 bux off this month too? I got my billing email and it was regular price. The missing channels aren't back yet.

You definitely should. We should be getting $10 off until the channels are restored or when we hear an update. Anyone else seeing this? My monthly bill hasn't come in yet.

Agreed. TLC and HGTV are the 2 biggest premium channels for our household. Without those channels, we don't really watch much of the premium channels.

I submitted a trouble ticket and they just processed the $10 refund. I'm not sure if they will do this automatically for everyone, but it probably wouldn't hurt to send them an email.

I think I see HGTV and Hallmark back now.

Well almost. Hallmark was on channel 1458 and HGTV was listed on channel 1492. I could see a guide listing and a list of shows by time, but clicking on the show only brought up a looping signal like it couldn't load the show.

So I was wrong.

When channels are restored, will the tuner auto-add those channels to its lineup. How will we know they are available unless we come here?

Hey nickk - sorry to be a pest, but do you have any insider scoops on any updates? Do you think we are getting close to resolution?
