Maybe, just maybe, the channel issues are resolved and the billing department got a bit ahead of itself?

Then again, maybe not...... ;)
We'd all hope that would be the case. I did see something that looked encouraging as one of SD's competitors that is reportedly using Omniverse provider did recently get their block of channels back after losing them around the same time so hoping this all pans out for us soon too. This is all speculation on my part.

Care to address this generally? Was the automatic $10 credit removed intentionally? Will it be restored?

My debit card was cancelled by BofA and I was issued a new one due to a security compromise from a retailer where I used my card. As a result, the $35 from SD for PTV was not successful. I emailed support and told them that the attempted $35 charge failed. I asked how i can pay the adjusted amount of $25 and I have not yet received a response. Also, my services was suspended today.

Nick, Nate, can someone fix this please. I would really love to pay the $25 and restore my services. What happened?

UPDATE: I just payed the full $35..... I also sent an email requesting the $10 refund. Now I will wait and see.
My bad, I sent the initial e-mail to "support@silcondust.com" that's my bad... I am however still waiting for my $10 ;-)

I noticed I was charged the full 35. I thought we were getting a 10 USD discount..until the other channels were restored..

Can you make an official comment here, where Nick and Nate have so far declined to do so?

What happened to the automatic $10 discount for the missing channels? Are customers now required to create a new support ticket each month to receive the discount?

This situation has been screaming for an official response all week, and it's baffling to see so much silence.

I think the point is that a response shouldn't be necessary. This isn't the first time that they have had issues with their billing system which required a support ticket and manual intervention to fix ...

I also agree with this. I submitted a ticket and received my credit within a few hours. That said, wasn't the credit promised to be automatic or did I just make that assumption?
