How about those that were just charged? My renewal occured on December 15th. Am I out the discount? I don't think I'm the only one in the boat.

We confirmed the auto-credit doesn't work if you restart a canceled subscription.

Solution - use the coupon code TVCREDIT201812B in the cart to apply the $10 credit.

I was also charged the regular fee of $35 on Dec 15th. May I ask for the refund as well? Please let me know what else is needed here. Thanks!

I started my trial at the end of November, with all channels working at my first payment charge, which was on Dec 7th, I believe. Do I need to request . credit for my first month, and can expect the credit upon renewal? Thanks

I was only charged $25 at renewal, but I also a notice that my premiumTV was cancelled. Not at home to know. Hopefully everything is still working.

So I just signed up for Premium TV. I didn't realize that these channels were missing immediately because I had last looked at a channel line up some months ago. I looked through the forums and see that SD is working on getting those channels back. I will hold off on cancelling my ***** TV account for a bit to see if they will come back.

Anyways am I to understand I should be getting the $10 credit automatically? I got the coupon code emailed to me after I signed up. Should I cancel and then renew with the code? I have like two week trial still to get through.

Nothing you need to do - the $10 credit will be applied automatically.

I wanted to let you know I'm not so much concerned about the 10 credit as I am getting those channels back. My wife really needs her cooking channel and A&E. Are there still negotiations going on? This is getting crazy these days, channels on, off, contract disputes an so on. I realize it's just business but there has to be a better way.

Was the original deal an introduction and now they want you guys to pay a lot more? Let us know maybe we can help.
