I am sooo disappointed with the treatment I get from SD. If they charge me the 35 USD next time and I have to request a refund. I will cancel my subscription. I should not have to chase my own money.. Come on SD, treat me like you actually appreciate your customers..

Got billed $34.99 on Tuesday. Put in a ticket yesterday and got a $10 refund today.

Same thing here. Billed full price and submitted a ticket.

The first month, I can buy the "our billing system had a bug" but second month can't be an accident as well.

You will need to open a support ticket. It takes about a day for it to be applied.

Just like everyone else, I was just billed the full $34.99. Fine, I get that the loss of the channels is sort of out of SD's control. But YOUR OWN BILLING SYSTEM is 100% in your control! Why can't you get that right??? Or is that fix lost in space along with the Prime 6 and Stage 2 Premium TV? Please start doing something - ANYTHING - right!

Is this the only way get a refund? It’s not like Silicon Dust are unaware that the issues with Omniverse affected all of their customers and not just a subset.

I think the issue is not time (although it's a bit of an inconvenience to ask every customer to open a ticket every month, not to mention illogical).

It's that SD promised these credits would be automatic, but let that promise lapse for 6 weeks (and counting) with no explanation, even ignoring repeated questions about it on this forum.
