The $10 renew coupon is being added to every subscription account. This process is executing now and will take a few hours to complete.

The coupon is automatically applied so the renew will be $10 cheaper.

I’ve cancelled my service. If I renew will I get this credit ? I assume all new registered users will get the current package for 25 until channels are added back?

The credit coupon code has now been applied to all subscriptions including subscriptions that have been canceled.

If you restart your subscription (canceled subscriptions) or when it renews (active subscriptions) the credit is automatically applied.

How about those that were just charged? My renewal occured on December 15th. Am I out the discount? I don't think I'm the only one in the boat.

Has anyone completed a resubscribe (not an auto -renewal) to check $10 coupon
credit? When I do a resubscribe the $10 is NOT listed in the final tally where the
credit card info is entered..

Well, I resubscribed and it appears that it was for $35 (I haven't looked at the charge on my card yet). However, after I completed the transaction, I noticed in my email that I had received a coupon that I think is for the discount. I think had that been applied, it would have given the $10 discount.

I'll check the charge later tonight and worry about it then.

Hmmm... looks like it creates a new subscription if the old subscription has expired (good because you get a new renew date). The coupon had been applied to the old subscription which can't be renewed (problem). The coupon it emailed can't be applied because the system thinks you already have a coupon on your account (problem).

My renewal went through at $25 today. I just renewed my Fhilo at $99 for six months. My total TV service is currently $41.50 a month. I'm happy with that. All the missing channels and then some are on Fhilo anyway so now I have less overlap.

If SiliconDust can put all these channels under one roof at $40 to $45 a month I'm in. Add FS and FX for $10 to $15 I'm good with that too.
