No audio through my PC

Using the HDHomerun interface, I get no audio from the premium channels, but I can get audio from my OTA antenna channels, if I play through PLEX, the audio is fine for all channels. This only effects my Windows 10 computer, the premium channels work fine on all the other tablets and phones throughout my house. Anybody have any ideas? Thank you!

Hi,

I can take a look at the diagnostic log... please turn on "send diagnostic information" from the app menu on the Windows 10 PC (click near the top-left corner of the video area to open). Then post back with the device ID of your HDHomeRun.

Hi,

Somehow you have a very old version of the HDHomeRun app from 2016.

Installing the latest version from the Microsoft app store should fix the problem.
