A&E Part of the 8 Channel Issue - willclay81

I have 8 channels out. I have left VMs and sent emails. No one has replied to me. I need a refund. I am not getting the channels I was promised and paid for.

Reply to your customers and quit censoring posts on here. BBB will be notified. RIP HD Homerun. Guessing I will be banned and this post will be removed.

The Health Status does not help at all … I was asked what are the 8 channels missing looked at the status page and they are not listed... so how the heck do I justify recommending this to my clients when I have no clue what channels are missing and could be re-added.

This is what it says …

The HDHomeRun Premium TV service currently has 8 channels offline.

We genuinely want customers to love the service and we are working hard to get answers. If you are a HDHomeRun Premium TV customer affected by these missing channels we are pro-actively issuing a $10 credit against your next month of service. We should have this credit sorted out in the next few days.

Still missing the channels here! Somewhere else I read on this forum it was back up and running.
I just told my sister to buy the quattro because how well it works and the channels offered. Then they go down.
So much for my sales pitch.
Hope they come up soon!

Apologies... at this point it's difficult to know the difference between a hi-jack, a faux pas, and a silly user error. You insinuated nefarious methods on my post where there were none.

Title fixed. We added the username when the thread was split as per normal but it looks like a merged post from another thread overwrote the title.
