Premium TV "stream ended" on Android TV

I'm getting good steady results (I think) on OTA stations but getting for a few days now freeze followed by "stream ended" followed by restart of the stream. I'm using HDHomeRun app on a Android TV (Sony Bravia) and two SD extend boxes. Tuner logs show last few lines:

10.194.242.137 is the Sony TV

Since I just installed all this I need to know how to proceed in my trouble-shooting.

I did not make it clear that it is the Premium channels that are Freezing.
