Ordered Premium, still only have demo channels

Hi - I ordered premium TV yesterday, still only have the demo channels. I power cycled my HDHR connect duo, and I have the latest firmware. I opened a support ticket, #108335. Can anyone help get my account set so I can see the premium TV channels?

I think there is an activation link in the email they sent you. Did you click it?

Hi,

Your account has been set up but there are no HDHomeRun devices associated.

To associate your HDHomeRun device click the link that was in the shop receipt email.
