"send diagnostic information" has been enabled on mine for 2 days; 1062ACEC and 1073B7BA. Channels was cycling through tuners trying to lock onto signals so both were affected. It was intermittent last night. Really bad when I posted around primetime, but better later. Usually I'm viewing via Channels on an ATV 4k, so there is an extra layer involved. But I observed the same behavior using the native SD app on my Android TV.Everything is running clean. If you are still seeing a problem it suggests a problem through your ISP. If you turn on "send diagnostic information" on the HDHomeRun itself I can check.
The family got fed up with it so we just went to Netflix & Amazon Prime for the evening. Zero issues there watching 4k HDR that needs 5x the bandwidth of HDP.
