Continuing issues with Centurylink/Qwest?

I've been experiencing spotty performance the last few days and was wondering of it was related to the Centurylink issues that were going on last week?

Model: HDHR5-4US
Device ID: 1074D2B6
Firmware: 20180817

ISP is Centurylink - gig fiber.

Yep - 20% packet loss bouncing through a Qwest router.

I added a rule to redirect your location via a different server with different routing.

Edit - I also filed a ticket with our bandwidth provider to follow up with Qwest.

We have been told the underlying issue upstream has been fixed. Qwest is back running through our primary CDN servers.
