Missing loads of epg after paid for DVR

Specially Channel Xee and TV2 Sport X from Denmark is important.

I just bought the device and bought DVR sub.

Device ID 142055C3

I thought that all this would be fixed for that price paid, can this be fixed right away or do i need to cancel and get refund?

Our guide provider does not have data available for those channels. They do not have any plans at this time to expand the list of channels they have data for in Denmark.

How can that be fair? I want my money back then.

Its not advertised anywhere how poor that support for channels are.

How about letting users scan eit via your software and as a timed solution on the actually device?

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Please reply back to the receipt email to request a refund.
