No guide data at all

I have no guide data on any channel on my Hdhomerun.

We are experiencing an outage with our guide data for Australia. We're trying to find out what's going on and will fix ASAP. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

I would just like to add that I am also experiencing the same loss of EPG in Canberra Australia. I actually thought it was something to do with the recent nvidia Shield TV pie update, but discovered it was also happening within Windows as well. My device IDs are 111116BE and 1251D5DF.

Nezray, thanks for the post, I thought I was going nuts because no-one else seemed to be having the issue when I searched yesterday. When I checked again this morning I found your post. So thanks again.
