Same/similar symptom on Android phone (Samsung S9): when starting the app, get an error message saying there are no devices on the network: Exit or Retry.
Have not had success with Retry. Sometimes if I restart the app several times it starts working.
This is possibly related to updating the HDHR5-4K to the Beta firmware. I had to wipe the app data (not just the cache) to reload the channels to the current list. I have not had the problem since, but it was erratic and may be lurking.
