Fast foward and rewind not working Homerunhd 4k and Srevio

I'm new to the hardware and hopefully it's fixable. I'm using a Firestick if that matters but any time I use rewind or fast forward on a recording it freezes up and the only solution is to start the recording over. Live TV won't rewind either. Pause kind of works but not always. Anyone else having this problem?

Is this on any channel (such as ATSC 1 or ATSC 3), or is it just on some channels/programming?

We have confirmed and fixed the problem of FF/RW/pause not working reliably on ATSC 3.0 channels on FireTV/Android clients. Look for a new app release this week.
