I tried to open a service ticket directly with LG, with zero luck. Have you guys had any better luck dealing directly with LG Support at your level?
My customer is now going on 20 days with no Live TV on the LG. He is about ready to add a Fire TV stick and give up!
I believe one of our developers has been able to talk with LG about the issue last week, and progress is being made.
My customer has become disenchanted with LG's support and SiliconDust's support. He has requested that I supply him with a Fire TV stick, as a work around until the two companies, as he put it;
"LG and SD had better get their shit together. I did not pay top dollar for a piece of software junk!" .
I tried my best to calm him, but the LG TV is his wife's , so we all know how that is going for him. I have loaned him an Amazon Fire TV stick.
