No picture on LIVE TV no matter what.

I tried to open a service ticket directly with LG, with zero luck. Have you guys had any better luck dealing directly with LG Support at your level?

My customer is now going on 20 days with no Live TV on the LG. He is about ready to add a Fire TV stick and give up!

The app was working perfectly on my LG OLED55B7A until I had the problem with the menu missing the Live, Recorded, Discover, Task options. I deleted the app because it was stuck on that blank screen and reinstalled it.
Now all I get is a black screen after the HDHomeRun splash. No tuners recognized, just a plain black screen.

My customer has become disenchanted with LG's support and SiliconDust's support. He has requested that I supply him with a Fire TV stick, as a work around until the two companies, as he put it;
"LG and SD had better get their shit together. I did not pay top dollar for a piece of software junk!" .

I tried my best to calm him, but the LG TV is his wife's , so we all know how that is going for him. I have loaned him an Amazon Fire TV stick.

Can we have everyone try installing the beta firmware to see if there is any difference? Also, let us know which HDHomeRun hardware you are using, and if you have DVR or not.

My customer asked that I come pickup the loaner Fire TV, as LG fixed the black screen issue sometime last week.

I noticed when I set up a new customer with two LGs, last week Thursday 3/18, they both worked. I was using the non beta firmware on the Scribe Quatro.

Thanks for all of SDs efforts in working with LG to resolve this issue.
