no issues here. Everything has been working like a charm for 6+ years hardware wise. True testament to the quality of the build.

Re: No Devices Found
So I have not had the "Device Not Found" issue for about 10-12 days now. Dont know if it was the recent HDHomerun App update or the new UniFi software. As for failing power supply nickk,:

Re: No Devices Found
Except Nickk, when I see it go missing on one client I am able to see it fine on another - so it is obviously up and running.

Re: No Devices Found
I am not on Ubiquity and see the drops - when it is missing on one client it is fine on another so I think the power supply idea is a dead end.two.bits.11 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 28, 2021 11:13 pm No mention of reboots in the logs. Odd that we are all on Ubiquiti UniFi networks.
Re: No Devices Found
A few people have mentioned that the problems may have started after the last firmware update. Is it possible to revert to an older firmware?

There was at least 1 other thread also where someone (maybe Ned) from SD said they were able to duplicate it but I cannot find that other thread now.
Re: No Devices Found
I did see similar behavior the other day, but it might be unrelated to what you guys saw. I do plan on doing some further tests to see if we can find a pattern or something.elabra wrote: ↑Mon Feb 08, 2021 8:53 pmviewtopic.php?f=113&t=74647

Re: No Devices Found
No devices found is not a new problem. I posted about it long ago (and long since deleted) with this happening on my Amazon tablets and Pixel phones. I've never noticed it with my FireTV's however.
I also run Ubiquiti gear.

Re: No Devices Found
It may or may not be a new problem. The app not detecting HDHomeRun units (just one or all, or intermittently or constantly) should be seen as a symptom rather than a specific issue. That is what we are trying to find out now.

Re: No Devices Found
Thanks... I've only ever seen it on my 2 Primes - never on any other OTA models (Connects or the 4K Model). 6 of my SD devices are on the same subnet. Another Prime is on a different subnet and only used by PLEX LIVE TV and DVR.
Re: No Devices Found
Just to add some more data points, this occurred both when I was running a Prime, and with the 4k I run now.

Re: No Devices Found
It is happening right now on one of my 2 PRIMES - on 131F796F. The other 131D89CA PRIME is fine. I have enabled diagnostic info on my RECORD engine and on the PRIMES.
I see that new firmware is available and will update them now as well.

Re: No Devices Found
Can you please turn on "send diagnostic information" from the Settings menu of the HDHomeRun app that you are using that isn't finding the 131F796F Prime.
