No picture/sound with Windows Store app

I have an HDHomeRun Model: HDHR3-CC running Firmware 20200907. In the past I've been able to use the HDHomeRun Windows Store app to view channels on any of my Windows 10 computers connected to my network. However, as of the last 2 months or so I get no picture or sound on any of them, including the XBox version. It sometimes gives an error at startup saying it can't find a tuner and hitting the "Retry" button gets past the error but I still don't see on startup that it is finding the tuners. However, if I click in the window it does present the channel list and I can scroll up and down and select a channel but nothing happens after that. I have tried this on 3 different Windows 10 machines and an XBox one and I get no picture on any of them. The HDHR3-CC works fine with Windows Media Center and Emby so that part seems fine. What else could be the problem? Thanks.
