Just plugged in my HDHR3-US for the first time since I bought my current computer. Installed the Windows software from https://download.silicondust.com/hdhome ... indows.exe.
I cannot figure out how to get to this...

Open up "hdhomerun_config_gui.exe" in the "Program Files\SiliconDust\HDHomeRun" folder.
