For immutable "reasons", my wifi network (192.168.2.0) is on a different subnet than my cabled network (192.168.77.0). I have an HDHR on .77 and an AppleTV on .2. The Channels AppleTV app allows me to specify an IP and can connect to the HDHR but I haven't found a way to make the HDHR AppleTV app take an IP address. I want to use the HDHR DVR service which is why I'm asking. There is no possibility of me moving these devices so they are on the same subnet. Any ideas on how I can make the HDHR AppleTV app work or a means for me to file a feature request with SD?

SD's apps require same subnet as they use broadcast discovery. On some devices some form of relay on your network might work in forwarding the broadcast request but not all platforms will accept the reply.
