By the way, since the issue started, I have seen other downloads from SD (such as Windows Software Package) report in various browsers that the download can't be downloaded securely.

Looks like Team Kodi already has a fix for this in the pipeline. The cause was reported as Cloudflare not allowing HTTP2 without TLS, so http:// URLs will fail. The proposed fix is to disable HTTP/2 for unencrypted traffic. I saw a note that they may produce another Leia release to resolve this.

Thanks, djp. I'll look forward to a new Kodi release. I didn't realize how much I depended on the guide data until it was gone.

I just installed a Kodi test build that seems to have fixed my problem. Guide data and channel icons load properly in Kodi now.
