I have the same issuer but on Windows 10 pc.

Split to a new thread.

Run the app and turn on "send diagnostic information" on the Advanced tab, then try a protected channel again and reply back with the Device ID of your HDHomeRun.

Ran software, it did an update. Ran software again and enabled diagnostic info. Tried a protected channel and got the same error. I have 2 windows 10 machines, and it works fine on my higher end PC, but stopped on the lower end PC that all I use it for is HD Homerun. Worked fine a few months back and stopped working last month or two. No hardware changes.

I need diagnostic information from the HDHomeRun app itself - can you please enable from the settings menu inside the app.

Ok, the app is an old version and needs to be updated for protected content to work.

Wow...thank you. I spent time updating the record engine etc, but never updated the app itself...such an easy fix. Thank you.
