I have a old and reliable Harmony One IR remote.
How do I get to the Discover and Setup tabs?

I don't think those tabs exist yet regardless which remote you use. I'm pretty sure it will just like Android app when the functionality arrives, e.g. use Back button to bring out the tab UI.
