If I change user on my PC, and then back to the user where HD HomeRun is used, it ALWAYS says:
Not Connected to local network
Please connect this device to you local network by enabling WiFi or connecting an Ethernet cable.
It IS connected by an Ethernet cable, and will work if I re-start the PC, but NOTHING ELSE will fix the issue.
This is seriously ANNOYING!

It might be the private, home or public setting in your network for the computer. When you switch users and back it might be getting lost or confused until you restart. Make sure both users have the same private setting.
