Getting "Unable to play channel: unknown channel"? [fix?]

Just installed a new HDHR software release (20200225), and on the HDHR Viewer, I get:
unable to play channel:
unknown channel
HDHR View version is 20200214 1.1.286.0 running on Win10x64 1909 (as of 2020-03-19).

This fixed it for me:
  • Go into the "hamburger" menu (Put the mouse over the top left corner and it will apear).
  • Toggle the "Early access to new features" OFF and then exit the app
  • Launch the app again
All back to normal. I then turned the "Early access to new features" back ON, and still working.

Just something to try if it the app gets hung like this. If it doesn't help, oh well. It was worth a shot.
