Unable to sync platform api - Windows 10 app

I can't get the HDHomeRun app to load. All it's doing is it's showing me the HDHR logo and in the bottom left of the screen in white text it says 'Unable to sync platform api' for a quick second and then it just gives me a black screen. How do I fix this?
The Config GUI works excellent though.
This is what I am using.
HDHomeRun CONNECT
Model: HDHR4-2US
Firmware: 20200225

Is the app working on other devices on your network?

Okay that's strange. All I did was unplug the HDHR and plugged it back in and now the app is working again.
