Servio 1 year DVR

So today my subscription for DVR ended. My one year free DVR was supposed to extend my subscription an additional year which should bring my sometime into November/December time. It did not. Support ticket 131804 opened. something is screwy, I was not at the end of my subscription when I purchased my Servio.

Checked my account, March 5 2018 was my first DVR order, paid renewal March 5 2019. July 3, 2019 I have an email confirming pre-order shipment of my Servio. So my one year free subscription should kick in today, but it has not. My account on this site does not even show my order for the Servio last year which is odd.

Currently servio/scribe has "nothing" to do with a dvr "account" and the free year is through the device's access as it follows the device. Give the ticket process time to work and in the mean time ensure your servio is the dvr or at least detected by everything including other engines.

My personal expectation is that much of this will be worked out the closer we get to the servio/scribe's anniversary but that there will be many cases where a ticket will still need to be open since such free year is tied to the device
