The original HDHR Dual support
The original HDHR Dual support
Is the original HDHR Dual (HDHR-US) not supported with the app and DVR service? What's my option to have DVR function with it?

Re: The original HDHR Dual support
It is supported by the app to view live if you run a scan from the setup of full HDHomeRun software package. It is not supported by the DVR.
Legacy tuners typically require legacy apps (myth, sage, wmc, etc.) most of which were originally made prior to or around the time of Windows Vista, though I do believe Channels also supports it if you are looking for something more modern (not sure if the same DVR limitations apply or not as I really can't use it due to DRM on most channels so I need to use WMC to record).

Re: The original HDHR Dual support
I have an old Dual tuner and it works fine to view only on the HD DVR app (as stated below) and it works as view AND record source for the PLEX DVR (with a PLEX Pass).
Edit: for the past week or so I have noticed that the DUAL with PLEX will no longer work to watch live TV with it from PLEX but it still seems to record fine with PLEX.
I use the PLEX DVR as a backup source but not really for daily use - the HD DVR is my rock solid DVR engine.
