I had previously created a thread for this issue, but it looks like the previous thread has been removed.
Back in June, I opened support ticket 120644 to get resolution on an issue I am experiencing with video playback on some channels using the iOS app. As of the latest version of the app (v20191108b), I am still experiencing the issue. The last correspondence I had with support was back on August 9, when I provided them additional video samples after the original video samples were misplaced.

For the past few months, I have been noticing choppy video playback on the iOS app. Although the video appears choppy, there are no pauses or issues with the audio.
Right now, I am running iOS v12.4.1.
Playback of channel 508 is experiencing the choppy video playback in the iOS app. Playback of channel 508 is fine on other devices, including Android and Windows 10.
In the player settings:
Send diagnostic information=ON
Early access to features=ON
Help and support for HDHomeRun DVR and HDHomeRun software for Windows 10, Mac, Android, XBox, etc.

Very sorry about not at least replying back to you. I'll see what I can find out about that ticket. There's a few tickets that are waiting for updates/feedback from the development team regarding video playback, and during that wait they can sometimes be neglected. I'll try to check those more often and at least give a "we still hear you, we'll try poking the developers again with a bigger stick" message, so people don't think we've totally forgotten about them.
