Active Channels are no longer appearing

I subscribe to BTN and this channel is no longer showing when I try to watch a game. I reloaded the 0815 Beta Windows version and rescanned the channels and BTN didn't appear in the scan. However, my TV that still has a cable box continues to display BTN. In total, it appears that I am missing 6 channels that I subscribe to

Here's my vital information:
PRIME: 1316C83F
Version: 20190715 Beta1
OS: Windows 10
HDHOMERUN: 20190815 Beta1
Provider: Charter

Do you have a Tuning Adapter? Charter has moved 30+ channels of mine to need tuning adapter.

According to the logs coming from your PRIME, the tuning adapter is connecting and disconnecting constantly. You will probably need to call the cable company and request a new tuning adapter.
