I am on 20190903b everything is fine until a commercial starts then audio continues while video lags and stutters. I need to change channels or back out to get back in sync. I am using fire cube. It is unwatchable. I have early access enabled, diagnosis log enabled and everything else disabled.
I am using a receiver for audio and have changed the hdmi audio format to PCM which appears to have fixed the issue. I apologize if this fix was previously posted. I will continue to monitor and report back if this changes.
