Re: unable to play channel
Done and fixed. Thank you! Sorry thought I had tried reinstall earlier.
Doh! - The simplest fix is the very one that most don’t try FIRST!

Re: unable to play channel
I'm having the same issue with my Windows 10 computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I'm running all the latest levels. I did install a new graphics card, ATI WX 7100. How can I confirm if that card works with DRM?
Re: unable to play channel
I'm pretty sure AMD Pro cards don't support HDCP, and therefore will not work for DRM channels. The logs from your app indicate that HDCP support is not present, although there's no way for the app to confirm if that's due to the card, display, or connector (it asks the OS to turn on protection, and the OS either responds that it was successful or that it's not supported).
Re: unable to play channel
Thank you for checking. I'm sure it's the WX 7100 since it was working fine with the an older Nvidia card.
Re: unable to play channel
Is there a specific version of HDCP required? I just ran Cyberlink Ultra HD Blu-ray Advisor that said I support HDCP, but not HDCP Ver 2.2.

Re: unable to play channel
what resolution? What display(s)? What cables (particularly if there is an adapter involved)? Also all attached displays would need hdcp support. I also think that some may have had to reinstall after such change.
Re: unable to play channel
Never mind. For some reason, it just started working today.
Re: unable to play channel
I've udpated my DVR to the 0715beta1, and i just had a channel display "unable to play channel". It happened around 11am.
Re: unable to play channel
The sending of diagnostic data is not enabled in the app anymore. Please re-enable, quit and reopen the app, and try a DRM channel again.
Re: unable to play channel
Have diagnostics turned on. Just got "unable to play channel". Also have use beta software off.

Re: unable to play channel
I'm running Record version 20190621, App version 20190611 and UI version 20190806 and I still get this error changing channel after a few hours viewing.
Re: unable to play channel
Both of you please enable Early access to new features and check to see if the issue persists.

Re: unable to play channel
I enabled early access on two devices (win10 PCs) yesterday and did not get the error after several hours of Live TV and switching channels. I did not experience any significant lag. Now if the channel number entry (does not select channel, only gets close) and Watch Now from Discover worked properly I'd be a lot happier camper!

Re: unable to play channel
I spoke too soon. Still set on early access. This error occurred again last night after 3+ hours of Live TV when changing from one DRM channel to another. Something is causing the HDHR Prime session to drop.
Don't know if this is related, but the only setting I changed was to turn off "Use inverse telecine" in my nVidia control panel (a GTX 1060/2Gb running Windows at 4K). I didn't see the error the day before when it was still enabled. I turned it off on my other Win10 rig to prevent the display overlay issues when running the app with Display Resolution set to 4K with a GTX 745/6Gb card. Thought I'd try it on the 1060 to see if it improved image quality at all.

Re: unable to play channel
Nope, apparently has no effect, enabled it again and just got the error changing channel after around 3 hours of Live TV.
