DVR Not active

My dvr subscription is paid through October. I am Not able to record.
When I go to settings by hitting play/pause it has a “check” next to “use this device for making recordings “.version 20190801

When I go into settings “icon” upper right of hdhomerun app screen to account information.
It shows DVR Active No.
Version 20190805b

Version android pie 9
Nividia shield as server v 8.0 update installed

Could someone please check to see if my dvr service is setup correctly.
Record engine shows up fine on my hdhomerun.com.

Your DVR appears to be running normally at this time. Are you still having trouble?
