Please enable the sending of diagnostic data on the HDHomeRun, run a channel scan, then enable the sending of diagnostic data in the app, and try to watch something. Reply back and we will check the logs.

Well, as of now, I can't reproduce the error. So, I'll count that as a win! LOL
I will reply back if it happens again. Thanks Jasoni

What specifically were you trying to access when the error happened? I don't see anything right at 4:45. At 4:47, you went to live TV on 2.3 which seemed to play fine.

It was on that channel for a long time. It maybe a little before that time.
Where you see went to live TV was when I noticed it had stopped and said unable to play channel. I pushed the select button to pull up the guide and selected a different channel.
Trying now with the Live Channels app and having similar issue. It'll stop playing and go to the "setup channel scan". I push cancel and it returns to the channel.

At about 3:30, the app reported a network error. If you're getting the setup channel scan screen in Live Channels, that means it thinks it found a new device. Both of these would most likely indicate that the Shield's network connection disconnected and reconnected If your Shield is wired, try a different network cable and port on the switch/router. If it's wireless, try a wired connection if you can.

It's probably cause my ethernet port just died and have been doing this thru wifi. I'm working on getting it replaced now. Thanks for your help
