Static Audio & Jerky Video Live W10 1903

Post by HDHRBevo » Sun Aug 04, 2019 12:21 pm

I have held off submitting this for a while now thinking it would be fixed in a later release. Still No Joy.

My W10 1903 Live audio has considerable static and the video is jerky (mouse included). Unwatchable. I have enabled diagnostics on both HDHR Connect devices:

Results of my testing the problem occurred around 2:10 PM CDT, if that helps.

Please fix soon. Football season is ramping up!

Can I get you to do a channel scan on one of your Connects?

Ok, just finished on tuner 1041E97F.

Gary

PS: For good measure, I also did 1042DB1D. I had enabled diagnostics on the tuners previously, and just now did so on my W10 HDHR interface. Sorry I didnt previously, just forgot.

Topic moved as this isn't a UI issue.

Please disable the DVR on the PC you're running it on, then watch live TV on the problem PC for at least 10 minutes, and reply back. You can re-enable the DVR after the 10 minutes is done.

Ok, I think I did what you asked (turned off starting around 11:10 AM CDT to about noon). Net result is, I really didn't notice any difference.

If you say so. It just started happening about the time the new interface was rolled out to Win 10 and Fire TV.

The network connection on the PC you're watching on can't keep up with the flow of data. How is it connected to the network?

Yep, your right! A reboot fixed this issue and set things back to normal. Sorry to bother you with this. I should have done more trouble shooting before submitting this. For whatever reason, over-time, my network interface becomes corrupted and gradually slows network traffic from my desktop PC to a crawl. In any case, it has nothing to do with the HDHR apps/UI.

Thanks for your quick response, and again, sorry about submitting in the first place.
