Have had house sitters recently seems HDHomeRun app
Has been uninstalled reinstalled. Darn NShield recordings missing which is expected. Nvidia shield version 8.0
Hdhomerun App updated to 20190801b.
Tuners show up fine, but under account shows DVR active is NO ( can’t seem to change it). Also have 2 HDHomeRun Records showing in settings but only one showing on my.hdhomerun.com.
Live tv works fine, I can set tasks to record but I can’t record.
Send diagnostic information is set to on.

Did you update the shield app... the number you gave was for the UI but an actual upgrade of the app was needed (with the same date) if the shield updated to experience 8 to run the record engine there. With UI problems it would not be unexpected if one tried to clear cache and they cleared data instead (clearing data will clear recordings) and/or reinstall to try and get things working.

Though SD staff may be more used to seeing your device ID on the left now... many people who give help work in smaller windows while other things are on the desktop (may be looking at 10 things related to your problem at once) or on phones and won't see that you have your DeviceID on the left so it is a good idea to mention that it there when you ask them to take a look.

I edited msg to include Device ID #s.
Nvidia Shield is updated
All available app updates in play store are updated including Hdhomerun app. Maybe I need more patience for the right app version to show up in store. I’ll wait a few days & check again.
I don’t really have time to troubleshoot it right now, it’s just tv :-)

Your HDHomeRun devices aren't registered to your DVR account anymore. Locate the email you got with the registration link, click on it, and register your devices, and everything should work within 10 minutes. If you can't find it, send an email to support at silicondust dot com from the address the account is under and ask for your DVR registration link and we'll send it to you.
