I get a black screen in the HDView app. No controls, no guide, no TV. Hovering top left corner does give me the menu, but the black screen is there beta enabled or not. Recently updated with the 2019-05 Cumulative update May 21, 2019—KB4497934 (OS Build OS 17763.529). I did totally power off my router, network, and all electronics due to the storms in the area. Go Blues!
HDHR View App Version 20180418 (1.1.259.0).
I have 2 tuners:
A Quatro (HDHR5-4US), Firmware 20190516beta2, Device ID 10740D6C,
An Extend (HDTC-2US), Firmware 20190417, Device ID 10522C9A
Any ideas or want me to turn on diagnostic info?
[UPDATE1] Disabled "Early Access" and I get video. No guide data however. No DVR functions it seems.
[UPDATE2] I'm guessing things were synchronizing behind the scenes. Guide data now. And the DVR red button. Seems to be working.
[UPDATE3] Enabled "Early Access" and things appear to be back to normal.
Suggestion: Put up some visual indicator that the devices are resynchronizing with the mothership if that's what it is doing.
