I continue to have a red X next to my firmware version. I have Version 20180817. Every time I try and resolve it the installer gives me a choice to repair the install. I run that and nothing happens. As a result, I cannot load my channel guide on PLEX. I need to be able to resolve the firmware issue. Any suggestions?
You should see an option to update the firmware on the device's web page, just click on the device ID on my.hdhomerun.com. Note that any issue you're having with Plex's channel guide is not related to the firmware version installed. Nothing changed that would matter to Plex.
