DVR playback video out of sync with audio

HDHOMERUN PRIME App on AMAZON FIRETV with SIGNIA TV.
DVR recordings playback audio becomes badly out of sync with video.
LIVE playback seems to be OK.
The same content playback using WINDOWS 10 APP on a PC has no problem.

An updated app that resolves a number of audio issues is in beta testing now. Plan is to submit to Amazon in the next day or two if no issues are found.
