I have created two trouble tickets regarding this issue with absolutely no response. Hopefully someone here can assist. When I first activated the DVR, closed captions worked just fine. Now, however, they have degraded to the point that they randomly stop displaying for anywhere from a couple of lines of dialog to a couple of minutes of dialog. Randomly is key here, because if I go back to replay the segment, sometimes the previously missing captions will appear while others that were present the first time will be missing. I am using a WD NAS (the model recommended to me back when Silicon Dust answered their phone) and a Connect Quattro. Any ideas?
