Cliff Watson EPG Program in the Microsoft Store

Post by TPeterson »

Today version 5.0 of the Cliff Watson EPG Program emerged from wraps in the MSFT Store here: https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9PJTFZLWFHZW

This version uses the Schedules Direct JSON database so that it can be used with HDHomerun units in many locations worldwide, including Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Australia, besides the U.S. and Canada where the previous versions were limited. It's still free (although the S.D. listings cost $25/year). You can check out the User Manual and QuickStart Guide before running the app by installing it from the Store. If it's not for you, you can uninstall the app with no changes to your system.

If you mean, can Kodi play CW_EPG's recordings? The answer is yes. They are standard transport stream files playable by any of a large number of devices and softwares.
