XTeVe Setup

Post by PilotHobs »

Hello All

I have a PRIME and what to connect it to XTeVe. When I try to set it up I get an error that says:

:5002: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

I believe that is the correct port and I created a port exception rule in windows but no luck.

Any Ideas?

Thanks in Advance

Hobs

I think they are trying to get the lineup.xml (or lineup.json) which would be from the standard http port of the device (80) which in turn makes the m3u playlist which will specify port 5004 but it isn't anything I am familiar with as it also states it "requires" plex or emby and If I were to use that there wouldn't be a need for it.
