Guide issue Windows 7

I'm using Schedules Direct. I'm still using Windows 7 on my main TV (won't have time to upgrade the computer until holiday break). The guide is no longer working, due I think to Windows 7 support stopping. However, schedules direct should still work.

Do I have to reset the system to add schedules direct back in?

Are you using EPG123 to load the Schedules Direct data into WMC? If so, you should post your issue to the EPG123 forum on TheGreenButton. https://www.thegreenbutton.tv/forums/viewforum.php?f=99

Thanks, Jason. I actually did do that, and got this working.

The problem is that I set this up years ago, and it worked great until just recently. So, then I could not remember how I set it up, and had to spend time doing that before I could even begin to figure out how to fix it. That's why I came here first.
