Network Tuner Issue

Post by vince48 »

Greetings,
I have seen this message from time to time "Network Tuner Issue". Frist is this a HD Homerun problem or the TV station issue?

TIA,

That isn't one of our error messages.

What app are you using?

I'm using the paid version of Channels. So, this is a TV station issue?

It is most likely a network issue but you may need to ask channels as it could be a station issue or a tuner issue.

Channels DVR recently implemented a feature that does this when your OTA signal worsens. There's a toggle in the Android TV client settings, assume there is one in whatever client you're using.

Also, I've noticed it only shows when watching live, does not appear in recordings.
