Im having signal qaility issues since newest firmware, can’t say that firmware I was on prior but I needed a rescan and noticed a firmware upgrade prompt, upon completing the upgrade and rescanning my signal quality has dropped from 93% to 30 - 60% constantly bouncing between. Tried different locations, different aerials and had no luck. Putting my cable into the TV it works fine no issues what so ever so I know its solely my device that’s having trouble. Picture breaks up on my TV, iPad, Phone and PC. My firmware is 20210624. Model HDHR4-2DT.
Edit: I have enabled "Send diagnostic information" & here is my device id : 1232D641.
Reception, channel detection, network issues, CableCARD setup, etc.

So far, I have managed to solve the issue with a 4G filter, not that my other TVs need it as they work fine but it seems as though my connect is much more susceptible to interference... Nevertheless, its resolved; no thanks to the “support” here.
