I have a Connect 4k that is currently unable to detect channels. When I swap it out for an Extend on the same antenna/coax/network cable, I am able to detect 79 channels but I detect zero after doing multiple channel scans with the Connect 4k model. Does anyone know why the Connect 4k might be failing where the Extend is not?
I tried updating the firmware to the newest I could find here: https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/downloads#firmware but that hasn't led to any improvement.
My unit details are:
I'm located in Dallas and have a pretty hefty antenna so I should be getting at least some channels. I'm happy to roll back the firmware to a different version if that might help but I was getting the same symptoms on a firmware version from February 2021.
