I have a customer using an HDHR5-4US with a Fire TV Stick and using PLEX for DVR. Firmware 20200907 Purchased 11/2020
The last connection was Sat Feb 6th from 2200to 2300hrs. Then Sunday at 4pm while attempting to watch the Super Bowl, there was no HDHR on the Firestick and no connection in PLEX.
He checked the network, and router, then looked at the back of the HDHR, when he noticed =both red and green LEDs were flashing fast and in sync .
He unplugged the power and after a few minutes re-connected power. All seems to be ok now.
I have turned on the diagnostics. Device ID 107679FA
NICKK ... Can one of your guys please take a look and see if this is a hardware warranty issue?
Reception, channel detection, network issues, CableCARD setup, etc.
